In order to meet this commitment, we have instituted a program called ”What does the customer think?” This is really a Client Satisfaction Questionnaire.
This is a process that will be initiated by one of our senior managers. At the conclusion of a project, we schedule a transition meeting with our customer to review the quality aspects of the project. To assure 100% objectivity, this process is conducted by someone who had no prior involvement on your project.
We certify six different segments of your project including:
- Installation
- Project Management
- Responsiveness
- Cooperation
- General Appearance
- General Comment
The overall intention of the transition meeting is to insure that your Powercom experience is a good one and that we have met and exceeded you expectations as stated in the original statement of work. We have initiated this project to ensure a mutually beneficial long-term relationship with all of our clients.
