Our response on COVID-19:

 

Hello everyone,

Our thoughts are with all of our team, their families, clients and friends. Things have changed quite a bit in our daily lives, recently. I’m sure everyone is in various stages of bewilderment, but remember that we are all in this journey together. We will all be going through some rough times, but I truly believe we will come back stronger than ever, as individuals and as a country.

Even though Covid-19 is disrupting our daily routines, we are doing everything we can to mitigate its impact. We are doing so by having most of our office team members working remotely, while staying in touch regarding their well-being.

Currently, our installations are closed to visitors.  However, our team will continue to operate, as usual, and to provide technical assistance to all of our customers.  All essential services will be maintained whilst following New York State’s government COVID-19 safety rules and guidelines.

Since many of our customers’ employees are also working remotely, Powercom will continue to provide remote technical assistance and or onsite visits in case of emergencies.

 

In the meantime, be smart, stay indoors, and be safe. Stay properly informed through reliable channels like the CDC (www.cdc.gov), follow the instructions of the authorities and medical experts. And most importantly, spend quality time with your your loved ones while protecting them and yourself!
